Yoga at Little Farm

Join us for a peaceful yoga session at the farm, surrounded by seasonal blooms and open skies. This all-levels class is designed to help you reconnect — with your body, your breath, and the natural rhythm of the farm.
Our instructor Liz Stoddard is a local yoga instructor certified in Hatha yoga. She teaches all level classes with an anatomical focus designed to promote flexibility, stability, and longevity in movement.
Liz will guide you through a balanced flow that includes:
Gentle warm-up movements
Foundational standing and seated poses
Modifications for every comfort level
A grounding, restorative savasana to close
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this class will meet you where you are. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s presence.
Please bring your own mat, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors.
In case of inclement weather, we’ll move to a covered space so you can still enjoy the experience rain or shine.
