Join us on the farm for a hands-on floral design experience led by our very own Austen Land! Austen is a rising senior studying floriculture at Mississippi State University and owner of Land Botanicals.
With a passion for both the science and artistry of flowers, Austen will walk us through foundational techniques that make creating beautiful arrangements simple and approachable. This workshop is designed to give you foolproof methods you can recreate at home — whether you’re arranging for your kitchen table or a special gathering.
During our time together, you’ll learn:
The basics of building a balanced arrangement
How to choose and combine seasonal blooms
Simple mechanics that keep designs secure and long-lasting
Tips for creating natural, garden-inspired movement
Each participant will create and take home their own arrangement featuring fresh, seasonal flowers harvested right from the farm.
Come ready to learn and create, and you’ll leave with something beautiful- and the knowhow to replicate it!
*must have minimum of 4 to run workshop so grab a friend (or 2 or 3) and make it a date!
